Hailey Bieber - supermodel, it-girl en lid van een Hollywood royalty-familie - weet het een en ander over plastische chirurgie. Máár, zo drukt ze iedereen nu met een nieuw interview in de Evening Standard op het hart, zij heeft nog nooit iets aan zichzelf laten doen.
Velen beschuldigen na het opduikelen van oude foto's, Hailey ervan haar lippen te hebben opgespoten en een nose-job te hebben gehad, maar het model wuift dat weg als 'onzin'.
Hailey vertelt:
'Everybody literally thinks I've had plastic surgery. My mom's family call her and they're like, 'Did Hailey do her lips? Did she do her nose?' Do people want me to go to a doctor and have them examine my face so they can tell people I haven't? My face has just matured. I grew into my looks. I do look different than I did when I was younger, but it's still the same face.'

Daarnaast is Hailey Bieber tegen de Evening Standard ook openhartig over de druk die er op haar en vriendinnen Kendall, Kylie, Gigi en Bella ligt:
'This generation has a lot of eyes on them. Everybody my age struggles with insecurities, so take that and multiply it by seven million people. There are people much older than me saying horrible things, who have no business paying attention to what a 19-year-old does. It's not the best feeling in the world. But it comes with the job, so you just have to accept it and move on.'
