Kortom, een gebroederlijk potje grappen van allerlei comedians over de hele wereld.
En nee, dat gebeurt niet ongeorganiseerd: op deze briljante website wordt bijgehouden welk Europees land zich al heeft gemengd in de strijd om de second best-titel, en dit twitteraccount doet met gevatte tweets verslag van de strijd.
